Shipping policy
The medicines we offer are manufactured and shipped from India.
We offer 3 ways of worldwide shippment:
1) by EMS which cost is 30 USD, within 5-7 days;
2) By Registered Letter which cost is 17 USD, within 10-15 days;
3) by Deutsche Post/Honk Kong Post from Singapore which cost is 20 USD, within 8-12 days.
For all types of shipment a tracking number will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For EU custumers is available only the 3-rd type of shipment.
In all cases a delay of 1-2 days is possible.
In case of non-delivery after the dead-line, please contact us as to be able to find a suitable solution for you.

Order cancellation policy

We accept order cancellations ONLY within 24 hours after order submitting.
If you wish to cancel the order you have to contact our support team and inform them about your decision.
Please note that we can not cancel your order after 24 hours.
We recommend you to double check your address before submitting the order.
Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product.
If you have noticed that the address was specified incorrectly,
contact us as soon as posible to be able to fix the matter.

Refund policy

The medications we offer are generically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts.
We guarantee that they are the same chemically and have the same medical effect.
In case your product is returned back we will inform you immediately so you could
chose between a reshipment of the goods or a refund of the money.
Before contacting us, please, make sure that you take the right dosage of the products
and follow the Instructions for use. Keep in mind that the effects can be slowed down by fatty food and
alcohol you take prior to the tab.

In case of non-delivery of the product by the dead line you can contact our support team to request a refund.
Your payment will be reimbursed to your credit card. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days,
after this period the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
We'll not tolerate credit card charge backs under any circumstances and any customer attemting
or threatening to do this will be immediately banned from making any future purchases on our website.

regulations of the country of destination. This remains the final responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery of all products ordered takes place in an affiliated and fully licensed pharmacy.
